TCB 50’s contest final pictures
The 18 month long TCB 50’s contest is coming to an end in a few days, hence it was time for update 7 and shoot the final denim evolution pictures.
It’s been a ride and a fun contest to take part in. Have a look in the contest thread. You’ll find lots of lovely denim and banter. Perfect combo.
Let’s get back to the TCB 50’s and 7th update
Out of the 18 months I’d say I’ve probably worn my pair for about 12-13 months. With just evening and weekend wear since new years. Hardly the gung ho-enthusiastic route to glory. Especially when Paul is part of the contestants.
That being said, I’m very happy with how they’ve turned out so far. They have been washed a lot. Perhaps with a little too frequent washing regime at first.
I’d say TCB’s 50’s denim thrives with a lot of washes. The vintage vibes it produces is so good. Why would you ever go the crazy high contrast route with these?
It’s not over yet
I’ll definitely pull them out once a week or so and enjoy this great pair of jeans. They are just too good to stop wearing.
